30 minutes pancakess! ♥

Bonjour jeudi! Bonjour mon sugars! Yesterday, I woke up with an insane pancake craving. Pancakes emoticon So I got up out of bed at 8 – 9 am,  even though I had an insomnia again and started searching for some ingredients and make some pancakes my own way. 😀 If you didn’t know yet, I love creating, especially when it comes to… almost everything? – at least when I am able to allow myself to do that! Let’s get on cooking  now Flippy animated emoticon

♥ Ingredients [for ~10 pancakiies]:

  • 350g of all – purpose flour

  • a pinch of salt

  • 3 eggs

  • 4 – 5 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil or melted butter

  • 2 cups of milk

  • chocolate chips [optional]

  • i’ve also added like 2 -3 tbsp of vanilla sugar with an extract of cinnamon in it, and no, there I didn’t use any baking powder 😀

let's make a pancake cake pancake cake 2

♥ Steps Flipping food animated emoticon

  1. Firstly, turn on the stove, (low flame) then put the pan on heat.

  2. Now, in a big bowl mix the eggs, add the salt and the sugar. Then, add the oil, too.

  3. After that, start adding the flour and the milk, to avoid the lumps!

  4. At the end, when everything looks like a cream, add the optional things, if you want. Though, I think adding something like vanilla sugar, rum etc. would give a different flavour to your pancakes, than usually… or you can just add your favourite topping when you’ll eat them. 🙂

  5. You can start cooking them now, and with a thin spatula, turn them around, easily.
