Vegan ♥

Whether you are a vegan or not, make sure you eat something healthy, to be fit and have a happy life! Since a few months ago, I became vegan and I do not miss meat at all. Actually I feel relieved, because it’s something I wanted to do for a long time now, and I finally got rid of that! Try getting rid of meat too, at least for a week or so, and your body will be glad you did! Cutting down on meat in a while can help your organism. Think about a greener plant… less cute animals killed and furthermore, you will reduce the risk of dying from cancer or heart disease. It amazes me how many things in this world can cause us heart problems. The one that causes it the most, though, it’s definitely stress. So, if you can’t be a vegan, then don’t! Just cut it down a day/ two and try cutting out the stress meanwhile! ho.dr.wa. ♥
