Here is another gret yummy, yet healthy muffin recipe for you guys! 🙂 easy, fast and tasty! ❤ Now, here are the ingredients. You can add or remove some by your own preference. All purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, eggs, a pinch of salt. Here are those who can be changed/ removed: i used chocolate chips, cinnamon flavoured sugar and banana. (~15 Muffins)
In a bowl, mix the (100g) butter and the sugar (5 tbsp). In another bowl, beat the eggs (2-3), add the salt, then the cream formed in the other bowl and whisk. Add the flour (5 tbsp), carefully, no lumps needed. While adding the flour, add the baking powder too, and the flavoured sugar, if you want/have any. now, the muffin cups should be ready set in the tray. Preheat the oven at a medium flame (~350 F).
