Well, hello. Third day in a row this week posting! 🙂 It’s been quite a busy day for me, but managed to watch live part of the european ice skating championship! yay xD

I hope you had managed to do everything just in time today, too! this week’s been crazy, but i love having to do many things at once, i never get time to feel bored. 

Anyhow, having too much to do can also be stressful. So please, always get the necessary time to take deep breaths, look at the sky, take at least one walk a day, hydrate!!, avoid overeating when you r angry and meditate, as stupid it sounds, that really helps. Until i tried it, i didn’t believe it helped either, but this can really help you when you have to cope with bad thoughts and stressful situations. Getting upset is never the solution. Nor for your soul, nor for your relationships with the people around you. If you have moments when you feel ‘blue’, more than mondays, well then, talking to a psychologist may not be such a bad idea after all. 🙂
