Good night! ~~ before sleep thoughts: ugh too much to do tomorrow, why didn’t i do anything todaay? ; i need to make a new cupcake/ muffine recipe ; i need to read those 2 new books ; i have to visit my neighbour ; call A. and meditate/ relax/ gain more confidence. ~~

Good morning! ~~ thoughts for you: ugh stop complaining, start the activity once! ; talk out loud ALL your feelings to somebody who really is there for you to listen and give proper advice – why don’t you comment down here, maybe somebody is feeling the same way and isn’t able to upon up due to previous unpleasant encountered situations ; MEDITATE, happiness is in the air. ~~
